Anthony Patel serves as President and C.E.O. of Pride Management. With a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engingeering, he provides Pride Management with exceptional expertise in project development and leadership. He has been in the hotel industry since 1991 and started with management of an independent budget property. He has worked the path of many other immigrant Asian hoteliers; long hours behind the front desk, in housekeeping, handling maintenance, and doing what it takes to ultimately please his guests and maintain a well-run and profitable hotel. Mr. Patel began developing hotels for himself in 1993 and has since become one of Texas' most recognized and active hoteliers and developers.

Nick Patel joined Pride Management in 2008 with over 05 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is active in all phases of Pride Management and responsible for its day to day operations. Nick specializes in budgeting, financial analysis, competitive positioning, hotel operations, asset management and ownership services. Previously, he served as a General Manager of a La Quinta Inn & Suites, where he provided high efficiency performance while creating guest satisfaction by developing effective team members. He quickly proved to be capable of expanded responsibility and was appointed to manage other PMI-owned hotels in Houston area.
Nick Patel is a graduate from University of Pune in India, where received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics.
Brian brings over 20 years of industry experience to PMI, including full-service and focus service brands. As General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont, he helped maintain in excess of 100% Revpar and market share for two years, as well as the Highest Guest Satisfaction Scores in the region. Brian has extensive experience in pre-opening focus, including FF&E procurement, build-outs, design & finishes, and pre-opening staffing, training and launch. Brian has worked with Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, ShoLodge, and various independent operations. His proven track record of success, team building, revenue management, and attention to detail are tremendous assets to Pride Management.
EmailRobert, after completing his Master’s Degree in English, found his passion for hospitality while serving as Assistant General Manager at La Quinta Inn and Suites. His attention to detail and analytical skills quickly helped him excel to lead a team of multi-award winning General Managers. Having multiple brand certifications as General Manager, Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager, he has established a strong foundation in both focus service and full service hotels. He is proud to have experience in the management of brands within the family of Hilton Worldwide, Marriott Hotels, International Hotel Group, La Quinta Inns and Suites, and Choice Hotels.
EmailMelissa is a 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry which she began at a Residence Inn by Marriott in Dallas where she found her love for sales. Over the years in operations and sales, she developed a passion for opening hotels and working on the pre-opening Sales & Marketing efforts to make hotels succeed. Melissa has experience working with limited service, full service and extended stay hotels within the IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham branded hotels. Melissa evaluates, establishes, and trains consistent sales practices throughout our organization as well as supports our sales teams in creating profitable sales and revenue management strategies at each of the hotels. Her creativity, determination, and ability to think outside the box, are just some of the traits that make her a success to further grow our company.
EmailDena joined Pride Management in 2015 after 26 years of experience in marketing / outside sales and public relations. Currently she handles sales and marketing for multiple properties in Louisiana and Texas. She currently represents Homewood Suites by Hilton, Comfort Suites by Choice and Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham bringing over 26 years of result-driven success in marketing and outside sales. Dena’s commitment to excellence has resulted in the 2015 award of the Texas Regional Award Winner for Highest ADR Growth LNR/CNR (Local Negotiated Rate / Corporate Negotiated Rate) for the Homewood Suites Brand by Hilton. In Dena’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband traveling to different National and State Parks across the United States and while there she loves camping, cycling and hiking. Her guests and clients say she is an amazing professional resource. The staffs at the different hotels describe her as dedicated, hard-working, spirited, and outgoing.
